WHO ARE WE?

The Spruce Kids Club is an organization dedicated to fostering leadership skills in children ages 7-13 while giving back to the community. It provides students with the knowledge, guidance, and the creative space, to create and execute projects targeting causes they are passionate about.

Through this process, kids are empowered to think differently. They see the issues faced by those around them, and experience first hand how they can generate meaningful change in response. And as a result, they develop lifelong skills - such as creativity, responsibility, collaboration, and independence - while growing as considerate and empathetic human beings, aware of the power they possess to enact real change in their communities.

All of our programs are completely free,

and are designed for ages 8-14.

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR OUR SUMMER PROGRAM!

The program will run three days a week, from August 5th to 30th. Learn more below!

OUR IMPACT

The uniqueness of this model not only means a tremendous impact on the kids we work with, but also a tremendous impact on our surrounding community. In under 3 years, our projects have raised over $10,000 in support of charities across Calgary, while also fostering connections, and providing others with an avenue to get involved.
